RETURN POLICY

 

It is to our biggest joy that you enjoy your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that our products do not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided that the item is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not refund shipping fee, or pay the additional shipping to have new goods sent to you.

 

For earring items, unfortunately due to hygiene & safety, returned earrings are not re-sellable. However, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. For that reason, you may return earring items to us and receive a refund of purchase price with15% deduction (excluding shipping), or credits of the equal amount. This is the best we can do to ensure your satisfaction, whilst covering part of our costs. Thank you for understanding.

 

Please kindly note that Custom sized Rings, Personalised Jewellery and Special Orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

We do our best to make the photos as close to the actual item and size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for each piece. Please view photos and descriptions carefully, and colours may vary slightly according to your screen settings.
